Clients reviews about Canvas Designers Inc

Steve at campus designers gave me a great estimate on redoing all my Fender hooks for the Yacht. I was surprised that the price and even asked him if he was sure he’d priced out the job correctly as he was almost over 50% less than the other companies that we have used in the past. I was skeptical, but gave it a chance and when we return them or when he returned them, they were absolutely just like they were freshly made. Very, very happy with the service and their communication even a couple phone calls with some hardware that needed to be replaced and he was just calling to get verification approval so I had no surprises at the end. Again, very very happy with their work. They’re called their communication and all of that. I’d recommend that and have recommended it through some of my captains chats ~ David M

What can I say? The manufacturer only wishes they were as good as Canvas Designers! No question - Canvas Designers is the best of the best for all your boating needs. From the owners, Pam & Michael Erickson, to their long time team members Steve E. & Corey, you will find no one better, nicer and more helpful. Better yet, their pricing is very reasonable. They reupholstered my 2018 Nortech 390CC. It’s better than new! Don’t be foolish by trying to save a penny, choosing Canvas Designers will be one of the best decisions as a boat owner you will ever make… I guarantee it! Sean G. ~ Sean G

I have to leave a review on the customer service Canvas Designers have after sale, installation and the high quality of their work and materials, because that’s as important to me as everything else that comes before that. Every single time I asked questions, requested parts, had any concerns or corrections on their products, I was able to reach out to them with no hassle, and had the best and smooth experience. They are great efficient and knowledgeable, in my opinion the best on the market. Capt Deb ~ Debora R

This is BEAUTIFUL! It was beyond what I expected! We started out with just one just to make sure it fits our teak rail. We sent one of the ones that was on our boat that was falling apart (see photo). I wanted the cam cleat for easy adjustment depending on the locks and boat raft out heights. We had been using the ropes and it made dents in our teak rail. This is just amazing and will make this first mate’s job so much easier! Worth every penny of it and I am ordering 3 more! Thank you Steve for working with me and making this possible! ~ Marty D

We have been working with Canvas Designers for 25+ years and they are the best in the industry. For both exterior textiles like custom full boat covers, day covers, enclosures, and engine covers to interior soft goods like custom cushions, sofas, pillows, interior design and decor, they do it all. All of their products are quality and built to last through extreme weather conditions. We have referred them to hundreds of customers over the years as well as used them for our personal boating needs and they never disappoint. ~ Ewer M

Heidi at Canvas Designers is absolutely amazing! She is always so personable, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Heidi and the entire Canvas Designers team! ~ Jason B

I am the owner of another Canvas shop in Wilmington NC and have reached out to Canvas Designers for many items they sell . W Because they always seem to have the best options out there. In doing so I’ve been chatting with Jo, he has been super helpful in finding things that they don’t even supply . In this fast paced world we all live in now ….It is fantastic to find people that will actually help you out at their expense . Rob Shand Bluewater Canvas Works Inc. ~ Rob S

Travis at Canvas Designers in Costa Rica did an amazing job with my new Enclosure on my 45 foot Hatteras. The craftsmanship was perfect. The materials are excellent quality. He was able to get the job Very quickly without any issues! I’ve used the company in West Palm Beach and the same goes for them. We recently commissioned a unique custom project for our 6 ft RC tuna boat with Canvas Designers. They designed us a full boat cover that fit pristinely around her tower legs, outriggers, and gin pole. It turned out PERFECT. It's easy to install in under 2 minutes and will protect the boat during transport and from garage dust where she is stored. Thank you Mike, Pam and the team for tackling a unique custom cover for us! ~ The C

Andy Flack and the team at Canvas Designers are the pro’s in the industry for all your canvas needs and then some. Professional on time, price point, and quality. Johnny and his team measured everything and paid attention to the details that make this cover perfect for our use. It’s looks strong and classy. We love it. We needed a custom cover for our businesses generator cage. We figured out boat canvas would provide the protection we needed. Get it done once, right, and specific to your needs. We also got a nice color for our set up. Thank you! ~ Rose G

Had a very special project that needed a special touch. Mike Ericson immediately saw the vision that I saw. Working closely with everybody in shop. The excitement was with everyone. The final product was amazing. Went to a big meet with a bunch of boats of this caliber right afterwards, and got countless raves, everybody stop me where I got the fantastic upholstery done. Thanks thanks Mike. ~ Bill B

What a find this place was! From the initial phone call to the plant tour (Impressive) Andy was great! They did an anchor fair lead and added on to my existing enclosure on a new to me boat. Exceptional quality components and craftsmanship. They do much more than the two items I had done so check them out! I will be using them in the near future for some other upgrades!!! Thanks Again Andy! ~ ksimondd

Without a doubt, if you own a boat in south Florida like we do, this transom cover is a must have. Our Valhalla is now impervious to the harsh sunlight that was slowly deteriorating our beautiful gelcoat, faux teak transom and engine platform. No more buffing and repainting necessary. Thank you Canvas Designers. This should be part of all standard canvas cover packages. ~ Scott W

A great job by Canvas Designers on our Bimini! The team worked with us to pick the perfect color, then fabricated a design for our Bimini that accented the lines of our boat. The work was done quickly, and the installation was flawless! Highly recommended! Oh, and we got some custom fender hangers too! ~ Tom L

Canvas Designers has really been helpful to our yacht management program in the last few months. Mickey Garrison (and his wife Heidi) have gone above and beyond to satisfy our "quick response emergency service repairs". Great company, been working with canvas designers for about a decade and they never disappoint. From custom fender hooks, tv lift cabinet covers to full upholstery and cushion covers on multiple mega yachts and tenders. Top shelf team front to back. Installers do a great job brainstorming ideas for patterns and custom fabrication. ~ Zach B

Wow! That Heidi…. Whatever she’s paid…. It ain’t enough! Came into the Palm Beaches with a seriously damaged enclosure. They took care of the issues as quickly as possible to get us up and running even though it was right outside of a holiday week. Great Job! ~ JeffMarion
